Our goal is to process cargo quickly, with an average turnaround time of under 45 minutes from truck arrival to loading. We aim to load 80% of trucks in under 30 minutes, although times may vary during peak periods.

Customs verification is managed efficiently with a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) ticketing system, ensuring methodical processing. Most cargo is verified within the same day, and we provide timely updates to customers about their cargo status.
